In Otter Class, Mr Griffin is always happy to help and put efforts into making the lessons fun, exciting and interesting. The learning environment is brilliant and we can use it to help us with our learning. Every month, we change seats to work with different people and get to know them better. Miss Woods is our teaching assistant. She is very good at spelling and she loves helping us, which we appreciate!

Otter Class Learning:
In Otter Class this week we re-enacted the Battle of Hastings and the key events around it. The activity really bought the learning alive!
We learned how to find features on a map using a six-figure grid reference. We also discovered what the scale is on a map and how big the features are in real life. We also learned about cardinal points and used them, while reading a map.
